Order Confirmation & Agreement

By placing an order on the Anna’s Closet website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Return Policy.

Completing a purchase means you:

  • Agree to the return conditions and timeframes below

  • Commit to following the return procedure

  • Accept that, in case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and your order records may be used as reference


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Only normal inspection and fitting is permitted

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email info@annas-closet.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (required if item is damaged or incorrect)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video

After verification:

  • We may offer a replacement (subject to availability)

  • In some cases, a return will not be required

Replacement items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us with your tracking details. We will assist with a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a $35 CAD handling fee will be deducted from your refund.


Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • If already in transit, you may return the item after delivery

  • To cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we may submit documentation such as:

  • Order confirmation

  • Tracking and delivery records

  • Email communication and images

Filing a dispute without prior contact may delay resolution and affect future orders.


Important Notes

  • All approved returns must be sent to our fulfillment warehouse in Asia

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • We are not responsible for customs delays

  • Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used condition will not be accepted

  • Returns are not free; shipping and handling fees apply
